Do you think India’s own lack of coherent strategy is to blame for Pakistan’s repeated involvement in sponsoring terrorist attacks against India? Critically examine.

The frequent Attacks by terrorists in Kashmir even with high security not only shows India's vulnerability but also highlights lack of coherent strategy to deal with Pakistan.

# There has been no consistent Dialogue which has to continue even in hard times. India frequently calls off talk when there is an attack to foil talks. No matter what Dialogue has to go on to reach a credible end.

# There is no special forces in India like in Germany and UK to deal with such attacks. There have been 20 such attempts in last 2 years.

# India clearly lacks a Security Doctrine which guides a country to deal with such cases. This not only makes our security forces keep guessing what to do when it happens also encourages terrorists to keep striking.

# Lately on international forums India attempted to isolate Pak as rogue state. But there has been attempt by Pak to link Kashmir issue with this and internationalise it which India wants to deal bilaterally. This has confused other nations whether to support India or not.

# There has to be either Jaw-Jaw or War-war. But India is unable to consider which way to go. War is not an option.

Way forward
# India must Cholk out clear Security Doctrine and give a SOP to specific Security forces which has full permission to counter strike under such cases.

# India must decide whether it wants same old on-off on-off style talks or being a sensible country should call Pak for Talks and Stop not Till some concrete Decision is reached because terrorists are not going to stop.

# India on International forums should clearly spell Terror Attacks and Kashmir issue are two different things. India will deal Kashmir issue bilaterally and Should Ask other nations to support India on stand againsts Terrorism.

India with above steps can take the things forward. Blaming Pakistan after every attack and playing victim card is just not going to help India in any way.

The way of globalization emphasise nationalism in lead.

Almost 50% of global wealth is owned by nearly 1% of the population. I'm sure there are different variations of this trend, but the point is still the same: Fewer and fewer hands own more and more wealth with time. If aliens came tomorrow from a much more advanced civilization, they would certainly ask why in the hell is 50% of all wealth and assets owned by such a small handful of people, who lets face it, aren't exactly the most enlightened people in the world. Excessive greed and power are not signs of enlightenment.

More globalization will mean a continuation of this trend, - wealth increasingly concentrates into fewer and fewer hands. I think this is very problematic and globalists have utterly failed to address this elephant.

If this trend continues unabated, I foresee one day that the human species may actually split, with one group - the "have-nots", so deprived of wealth, education and resources, that they will begin to markedly evolve at a much slower pace. Meanwhile, the "haves", who own most resources, will end up being light years ahead due to better access to wealth, resources and education due to having more money and assets.

Globalists are clamouring for more globalization because their positions of power are only consolidating with it. Media ownership is consolidating. Mega corporations are consolidating into behemoths, that one day could overtake national governments. The stock market has become too big to fail and money market too. This seems all like a very shaky foundation if you scratch the surface. The bubble has become too big, and the turn to nationalism can only be regarded as mean reversion. The system has failed for a few good reasons.

Act of Terror

There is part of view regarding education and a habit of Talibani terrorist.  Terror knows the fact and they also think education is part of humor and an idle humor always harasses the power of terrorism.  Opposing education is the better commandment for utilizing terrorism thought in behalf of negligence of humanity. Terrorism is supersonic poison to humanity as well as religious society. The pattern of attacking does not create humor to brotherhood for any religion either it may be Islam or Hindu.

An even strategy for cleaning our ecological face..

It is very difficult to do nothing and pretend like hero. As people discussing, odd even policy is like half empty glass expectation for controlling pollution.  But, it is better to do something than nothing, at least you could get experience and you can also learn from your attempted mistake. It is very hard and unjustified to do things accurately in first attempt. I think Mahatma Gandhi also attempted longer time for freedom of India. Actually, the odd even policy is simple way to act on land as Mr. Kejriwal thinks. But, most people discriminate this simple policy without giving any alternate option and that shows criticism against Government. We cannot apply alien plan to control our environment like as Maggi cooking. So, we should give some time to junior government for their copycat policy.  As we expect , a plan cannot be succeed without implantation.

Wave of privatization is not always Good.

Public indebtedness is at its highest peacetime levels in advanced economies after the trauma of the global financial crisis. In Italy, for instance, the public-debt burden is a dizzying 130% of GDP. Emerging economies, meanwhile, have been slowing down after years of impressive growth. Given the squeeze on public coffers, is now the time to take a hard look at which assets could be put on the block—as any household would do in the same situation?

A lot remains in public hands, even in countries where there have already been several waves of privatisation. OECD(Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) countries have state-owned enterprises worth $2 trillion, as well as a similar amount of assets held by local and municipal governments. Even more value is locked up in "non-financial" assets, such as land and buildings.

Some argue on practical grounds that now is not the time to sell because prices are not perfectly parallel. Others point out that many past sell-offs, in Europe, Latin America and elsewhere, were botched because the right regulatory frameworks were not put in place first. Yet others insist that privatisation is almost always a mistake, pushed by right-wing ideologues who exaggerate the benefits and downplay the improvements that can be generated by simply increasing the professionalism of management in the public sector. On the other side, supporters argue that privatisation is a useful tool for any government seeking to bring its spending in line with revenues, and that it generally improves overall economic efficiency by boosting competition and by applying private-sector capital and skills to hidebound assets.

How far can amazon go?

After world's largest online retailer, Amazon jumped into the smartphone fray Wednesday, unveiling the Fire Phone at a press event in Seattle.

Amazon’s phone will be available exclusively through AT&T, mirroring an arrangement that Apple had with the carrier with the iPhone’s 2007 debut. The 32GB Fire Phone will cost $199 with a two-year contract. You can preorder it now, with the phone arriving on July 25. For a limited time, the phone comes with a full year of Amazon Prime service (which normally costs $99 a year), for both new and current Prime subscribers.

Amazon  device, you can expect lots of access to content, such as the Kindle Store for buying books as well as the Kindle Owners’ Lending Library, in which Amazon Prime members can share books. The phone will also have access to hundreds of magazines and newspapers as well as Amazon’s recently purchased Comixology digital comics reader and storefront. Apps such as Netflix, HBO Go, and ESPN’s sports content will also be available on the phone. The App Grid can be customized however you like, and you can add media to your grid as well as apps—think of it like bookmarking the book you’re reading or your favorite magazine right to your home screen. The Carousel view has a preview pane below each app’s icon; for example you can see previews of new email messages in the Carousel, and even delete them from there without having to open the email app.
